This is a fun interactive workshop to help your staff, volunteers, or Board members (or a combination) understand how a nonprofit business works. Each ‘team’ is assigned a make-believe nonprofit with the goal of putting together the necessary parts to make it real. It is especially valuable for employees who tend to be like the parable of the blind men and the elephant.
